Hey again .. i'm looking for server mid-rate 20x-75x with shop up to B grade , full npc buffer , buffs 1/2hours , new server or has to open , without donation if it's posible . Thanks you

hm, new server/without donations at all.

if those are in your interests then i can suggest you l2cerberus. it doesn't fit on your other requests but you will see that it's a pretty nice server. also gmshop till b is not needed since b grade exist on luxury retail like. rates are 7x though retail buff time and no npc buffer :/

New server opening 02/08/10, its Interlude however the rates etc are currently being voted on, come register on the forums if you want a say on how things are going to be, site is brand new so not many people registered but hoping to change that before launch date .
