Copying the name of a server

Question: is it permitted for someone to copy the name of a server which was active and closed by it's owner, to ensure the players number and other things?
I'm speaking about server #63237.

I consider that an abuse from the actual admin's staff and the actual owner. This server name was mine, just closed and start the new one. I never give it any permission of using the name, nor gicing the server to anyone else.
Please, take the appropiate action, this is a infraction like telling lies and cheating.
