Server Not Listed

My server is not listed any more! It says that is not activated yet!

I did no change and it was in 15 place! I have 400+ players online everyday and my votes for sure where real! Please check it and if something illegal happen inform me! Thank you!

What happened?

Is there a reason not listed? I edited nothing on server's profile and now it is not activated!

Just inform so that people playing at my server not complain about not being able to vote so that i can transfer your answer!

Yes there is a reason.
I went down the list last night. And I found many sites that either did not understand or just ignored the Terms and Conditions (http://l2.hopzone.net/terms-and-conditions.html).
7) You are allowed to have the voting link ONLY on your actual site and its content. You are not allowed to have the voting link popup unrequested, be found inside any program or game, or use any other method in which the user does not arrive at the voting link without their own explicit actions. Using any methods of sending users through your voting link other than from your actual website will result in your site being removed from the list.
Any attempts at cheating will have you banned from the list. This includes but is not limited to spamming, begging, proxy voting, forced voting, multiple vcte from the same person within 12/24 hours. Your site's staff/users/players must be notified that such methods of voting are UNACCEPTABLE, and therefore they must not help in such activities.

What I found was...
Site that automatically redirected you to the vote page when you clicked the submit button on the registration page.
Sites that embed the vote link in a Launcher or Updater.
Site that embeded the link in a swf file, that when you moused over, it redirected you to the vote page.
Site that has the vote link on a warez site. (95% of the votes come from the warez site)
Site that has the vote link falsely displayed as links to warez.
Site that placed a banner over the menu, restricting use of site until you vote.

And thats just a few of the sites from the first 2 pages.
Makes sense why the other servers have just about given up on trying to make it to the first page.

I think people fail to understand what the list is and why the rules are the way they are.

Hopzone is a "toplist". A toplist is a form of advertising. Its a form of reciprocal advertising. Basically, you advertise for us and we advertise for you.
You came to us to advertise your site. You agreed to our rules and requirements and we agreed to place you in the list. Simply, its a contract. Both sides have an agreement and both sides have consideration.
When you break the contract, your saying that you no longer want to be listed on our site. So we remove you.

I'm just not sure what the problem is. Whether the admins don't read what they agree to or that they don't care and just do what they want. :(

I just want to apologize for the whole situation!
I have already deactivated all the flashes leading to vote page!
I am terribly sorry! I just thought that all the above was for the main page!
I promise not to use any kind of auto direct to vote page again so it is a matter of good faith to believe me and activate my server even with 0 votes in it!

Now it is your judge!
If that is not possible i hope you will inform me so that I remove even the hopzone banner from the main page! Thank you once again!
