No, no emulators...
Guild Wars is a free online game, no cuotes. The games are cheap so you can try to buy one (Nightfall is high recommmended) or search for a trial code from a friend (or someone..) with 14 hours of free trial.

Nop the serv emulators wasn't finished because they couldn't make the connection between the world where u supose to make the quests and the towns, u only could just stay in town and thats all, and they left it like this, as i heard there is a chinese project but i dont know when it will be ready so u will have to w8.
