GM looking for Work

I am a 7 month experience gm looking for a good dedicated server (big or small). I am familiair with L2j and databases, and have some experience in Mysql. I am very active as a player and gm, daily I play around 5-6 hours on weekdays, more on weekends of course. I do not ignore the players, I work to make the gameplay the best I can for the players and make sure that they are all keeping to the rules. I know all the gm rules and know what and what not to do. I am a very dedicated player and will recruit like crazy if I have to, in order to help the server grow, I will stay up all night and help the servers I gm on. I am a 17 years old, I am mature and have a large amount of people experience. I speak english and a small amount of spanish, but enough to get by in simple conversations. Hi all I'm searching a server to be a gm i know English not perfect but i know it.
