Low-Rate US server?

When I get my new computer, I plan to play a few games on private servers. I have already found private servers for all of the other games I want to play, but I need to find a good one for L2.

I want a low rate server like 3x rates or 1x rates (Same as normal game, right?). I want to play that game with a little less grind, but I don't want to ruin it by playing with 10x rates and higher like 1000 and 3000x servers... That personally pisses me off because it takes the fun out of the game, and there isn't much to do after that... Original rates would be good to, as long as I can play the game with the same or a little bit higher rates, but nothing to make it that much different...

So, I want a server with ALL rates 5x and under, a good community, nice and helpful GMs, and events and stuff.

I know my computer will run L2 as well, once I get it anyway. Check my profile for the specs and stuff of the computer I want.
