I was acepted on all vote sites, also check mmorpgtoplist, we are 1st, i had no problems with my name, its a serious and professional comunity, and this name its not an insult or a word that is out of dictionary... its normal.

I know... you will suggest me that I must to register under other name just because only you are not really agree about it? Go the web that i have added on my server and look where we are: As i sad again we are a top server, I'm not joking, we are not another Fu&"·)ng server, im serious about what I'm talking, you are creating discrimination, and I haven't as objective to offend HopZone (hopzone and you, Kadar).

I want a rational explanation about why I'm not acepted, and what can i do about if I already have big community running?

It seems to me that I just might be creating a discrimination, by adding a server with an insulting, derogatory title to the list.

Rational explanation:
Tits is considered a vulgar and derogatory word.
Use would contradict the Terms and Conditions.
Simple: It is against the rules.

What can you do?
Well first, you probably should have stuck with the more professional name that you had last. What was it? Lost Faith? Or one of the many other ones that you did have listed here in the past.
Besides that - do nothing, because I will not be adding your server to the list.
As you said, your a "big community". You'll survive without us.
