Dwarf's Path of a Scavenger
So you want to become a scavenger???? Well I finally got my Dwarf up to level 20. Having more than 1 character is not that easy. I recommend that you be level 20 to do the quest, but you can obtained the quest at level 19.
OkÄ lets get started. First you need to go to the Warehouse and see Chief Reed. Once you do that he will tell you go see Collector Pippi in Bronze Key Guild. She is in the building adjacent to the armor shop. Once you have spoken to her, she will give you a letter of recommendation to bring to Trader Mion, because she knows where to find Master Toma.
She is located at the Magic Shop:
Once you have spoken to Trader Mion, the letter of recommendation disappears and Trader Mion will request you to do a couple of errands running around town before she can track down her brother, Master Toma. The number of tasks will range from 5-10 times depending on how soon it is to Tomaęs warping.
Be patience and do all her errands. Once completed she gives you a letter of recommendation and will tell you that sheęs has located her brother and that he is located near the abandoned mine east of the village, end of Dwarven Kingdom. Now you are off to find Master Tome, but before you do get at least 5 haste potions and 5 scrolls of escape. You might need them in finding him.
Location of Master Toma:
He as three locations where he might be hiding, and itęs just luck if you can find him.

He is on the a small rock, you have to cross the water to reach him.

This entrance if from the north and when you enter the mine, you must go all the way to the bottom. It looks like a twisted circle. Toma should be located at the bottom.

He is in front of the Mithril Mine entrance. I finished the quest before so he is not here. But this is where he will be, if you need to find him.
Go to gatekeeper Wirpy and warp to the North Coast and head towards this first location. Now head to the first location, if he is not there you have to run to the second location then the third to find him. Thatęs why you need haste and scroll of escape.
Once you found him, talk to him. He will give you your first task. You will need to hunt for Hunter Bears to obtained 5 honey jars. You need to kill at least 20 Hunter Bears before the quest monster Honey Bears come out. When he does you need to spoil him then kill him to obtain the Honey Jar. Remember you need 5 Honey Jars and make sure you have enough MP left to spoil the Honey Bears or you wonęt get the Honey Jar. You can also go to the Hunter Tarantula location, there are also Hunter Bears there.

Once you have obtained the 5 Honey Jars go back to the same location where you see Master Toma. If he is not there you have to hunt him down again from the 3 locations. I know this FAT Dwarf is a pain. Once you find him talk to him and he will take your 5 Honey Jars and tell you to hunt for Hunter Tarantula to obtain 20 of their beads. Remember you have to spoil the mob to get it.

Killing these spiders are easy, just sometime it takes 2 kills just to collect 1 bead. But the main problem is that you have to run back and hunt for Toma again. Donęt worry this is the last time you have to hunt him down. Once you have found him he will take the beads and send you off to Gludin to see Warehouse Keeper Raut.
Now use the scroll of escape to go back to town and use the gatekeeper charm to go to Gludin or pay 3k go to Gludin. Once in Gludin head towards the warehouse and speak to Raut. He will ask you to find his Nephew (Torai) who is lost and if you find him to give him the scroll of escape to return back home. Now you need to stop by the potion shops and buy a world map. Once you have the map you need to head to Giran Town.
If you have the money you can use gate keeper to go from Gludin to Gludio to Dion and to Giran. But I am sure you donęt so buy some haste potion or if you can find someone in town to cast Wind Walk then that is the way to go. Use the map and heads toward Giranęs Town. Remember to stay on the road and donęt wonder off. There are many strong mobs that are aggressive. So get ready to run like the wind! So good luck.

Once you find him, speak to him and he will use the scroll of escape that Raut gave you to warp back home, but before he goes, he will give you a Succubus Undies. This is Rautęs wife prize possession which Torai took before he was lost. Now you need to run back to Gludin and talk to Raut again. You can use scroll of escape once you are near the town so it will cut some time off the running. Once back in Gludin, you need to speak to Raut. He will thank you for returning his nephew and will take the Succubus Undies and tell you that this belong to his wife. In return he gives you the Ring Of Raven.
Take this to Chief Warehouse Moke to change your profession.
