LF C5 or Hellbound server rates 5x-10x

I am looking for a low rate server which i can start me and my friends to have fun and play as we know...if i find a low rate GOOD server with NO donations and NO npc buffers...but with BUY class change (only the 1st and the 2nd)... good gm Staff and with a lot of ppl online daily...Then Me and my friends maybe we will bring more ppl to the server and create clan (and after a big alliance) only from my area...This will Be great...I hope i will find one server... I am looking for one server for 2-3 months...Plz Ask if you know one...asap!!

i would go there i havent seen a beter server yet with same amount of ppl i dont play there anymore cus i got bored of lowrates but nowdays im thinkin to get back there since every pvp server is lame and made l2 some diff game with their costum **** not to mention i could find more pvp on supreme then most other "pvp" servers lol
