Looking for good server

Hi, I'm looking for server:
- kamael or hellbound
- rates 20-40x
- mana potions in shops
- GM shop max to B grade
- NPC Buffer
- 1h buffs
- autolearn
- active GM's

I was playing on K&A, Pnevma and L2Faint so please don't suggest them
