The best I know is Elwin, the server is complete with all npc, drops, quests, etc, and they say it has 1200+ users.....(I thin really they are 400 o 500, but im not sure).

I´v not seen any bugs yet....in fact is a good server.
The only wrong thing, is that some (or at least one) GM has chars in the biggest and bestbest equiped clan.

I cannot doubt about the honesty of the GMs, but this server has a long history of corrupt GMs playing in the best clans. They should not play, in my opinion, to avoid doubts.
Without this it is an excellent server C4, the best I think

Edit: I forgot one thing, only paying you can play with dual box (double client). It is allowed but you have to pay for it (only the vips can play with the clients they want.):)
