Mu Phoenix ip/host adding problem

Hello to all the hopzone.net staff and members ! :D

Well, i really want to add my server on the mu.hopzone.net server list, but when i want to post it, after putting all the server information, it says

ERROR ! ip/host already added...

or something like that..

but the wird thing is that i never posted this server before

Mu Phoenix IP is
phoenixmu.no-ip.org
and web is just the same...

Please I need some help asap

First of all, im sorry about the Double Post im doing..
The reason of my double post is that I found the ERROR that appears to me when I want to add my server address on the server list
This is the ERROR that appears

ERROR ! The ip/host already exists in the dbase
Please contact an administrator on the forum !.

It's the same problem that Basty had, but the weird thing is that no one of our server administrators had post this server before, so we do not know who posted it, and we can't put the Vote Server Ad on the website, so I need some help please.

Not the same problem.

Problem is the server was submitted 5 times in a row from the servers IP.
Then you submitted shortly after.

yes but when we added the server, each time that error appeared,

MuPhoenix12N is the host, and Im the admin, he told he couldnt add the server on the serverlist because that error appeared, so i tried once and that error appeared to me too, that's what i dont understand,

when we try to add the server, it appeared that on the 6 times we tried to...

There is no "but" ....

Server was submitted.
On the screen it said:
"Thank you"
"We will check the server and add it in the list"

He waited about one hour to list it again.

1) Awaiting approval - This message appears when your server has just been added, when you've edited the IP's of the server, edited description, edited news. The approval system is made manually by our administrator and the time frame in which your server will be approved is ~24hours. (Best time for edits, 12GMT - 0GMT)

What about the error that said to contact an Admin?
Did that error also say to spam the listing?

I also know by 3 of the submissions that he did not even read the rules since he posted file links in the description.

English may not be his primary language but he did not even attempt to solve the problem. He just wanted to do it his way. And that way was the wrong way.
Server will not be listed.
