Adding server problem

I add my server and waits for approval...then after 10-12 hours when check "My Home" my server was gone... I tried to add it again but I Get [Warning Error: Server IP/HOST already exist in database]... I want to ask why ????

My IP :[ 91.193.200.53 ]

Someone help me ?

Yeah right HopZone..... you reply to others... and don't wanna tell 4-5 words why my server has been removed :((((( (IP already exist..) I add server for first time here

you should've received a message about why your server was not accepted into the list.
You didn't see your server in the list after added it because it was removed and when we remove servers we usually keep the ips in the dbase

Well... no am not received message man... and problem is somewhere with my web or something else was not correct :(( ?
