Need Helpers With PvP server

I need help from a pro guy to help me with my PvP server
This server is no Donation **** server
Is no corrupt GM ****
or anything to ruin the fun of the players

What help do i need?
well i havent been hosting a l2 server since years now
i would like some1 with large knowledge of server editing to help me with the things i dont know :)
like how to make a new player spawn just in 1 area no matter what his class is
like how to create the perfect pvp NOT overpowered server
where ppl can actually have fun pvp if they work a little for it

like how to make a new player spawn just in 1 area no matter what his class is
--- If you whant to change thw spawning location of a player,when his char is first created,go to your server folder and open the folder sql.Open the SQL char_templates.Find the x y and z and change them with the coordinates you wish to have players spawned.Like x -71338 y 258271 z -3104 change to x -85724 y 4831 z -6203.After you are finish with all classes go to navicat and execute the sql.
Other way:
Go to navicat and open your db.Find char_templates.Find x y z and change them like i told you.Then safe and exit.NOTE: If you whant to have custom cordinates,go to the place and spawn a gremlin.Then open the NPC info (shift+mouse1).On the window you will find the cords.
