Avatar problems (not sure where to ask)

Sorry, wasnt sure where to ask this but I cannot modify my avatar. I click to edit my avatar but it wont let me select anything or upload my own. Not sure what gives there.

I'm new to these forums but perhaps i can help a little.
I'm assuming your going to User CP -> Edit Avatar (Under Settings and Options) first aren't you? (i can't post direct link as my post count is a little too low right now)
I'm assuming you can upload an image thats (from looking at the requirements) no more then 80 x 80, and no larger then 19.5KB in size. I haven't gone around to doing it myself as i have to reduce my normal avatar to those sizes.

Yeah it isnt a matter of failed to upload an avatar, but the Edit Avatar page is seemingly disabled on my account. When i click it it would show only Current Avatar settings with a single radio button to reset my avatar... there was no upload or edit area to upload a new one... however I notice when I logged in today I can see parts of it although the code seems broken for the display.

It worked for me with the "Edit Avatar" page in the User CP and with 80x80 pixels image of less than 19.5Ko.
