For Admin(site aproval)

Hey I was wondering why my server has not been approved yet. My site is chaos-network.net I put a temporary vote banner right on the front page, then when I get accepted Ill make a bigger one and put it in a better spot. Can anyone tell me why I havent been accepted yet? Can someone approve it?

SOme days a go i had some problems with my dedicated L2 Server. A member expelled from the staff of the server try to hack it. He changed al the information about the server. I speak with you about the problems and the Hopzone account was erased.
Now a have a new acount Loggin name: EverR&CrYoN) and I had try to activate the server at hopzone with my server Ip ( 91.121.121.191) but i cant, because a message appears saying that the ip is in use or banned, i dunno.
Thats my server public ip and i cant change it.I really need to add the server at hopzone, i wanna make a big community and the only way to make it bigger is ussing that site, using players votes.

All my information about the server is that:

Account hopzone: EverR&CrYoN, Ip Dedicated Server 91,121,121,191 on behalf of myself Javier, a company that provides https://www.ovh.es

And the new server web http://foro.ultimomundo.com, I had to change because all the problems that the guy that ussed to be admin made.
I`d like to donate at hopzone but if i cant add my server to hopzone it could be imposible.
