ip/host already exist in database????

hi guys i make an acc in hopzone and i want to register my server but they says me that ip/host already exist in database what is that?? i have make another acc and i forget my password in this acc i have my server but i doesnt works can admin delete this server with ip 91.132.74.184 pls:confused:

Basically if an ip is already in the dbase that means that a server with that ip has already been added by somebodyelse.

We do not remove IP's from the database.
Especially just so you can add it again.
