L][ Divinity recruiting developers/GM's

Hey all, L][ Divinity is recruiting active developers/GM's. We have been around for 2 months and we plan to stay in the industry for a long time. We have switched to CT1 a few days ago, our rates are 400x mostly, I've customized many aspects like raid boss grinding and others, I added our own custom PvP system, at the moment we don't use client modding, we have a good dedicated server hosted in Germany (no lags or downtime), we host everything by ourselves. What I'm looking for:

Developers who should be able to:
- work with databases
- develop "custom" mods
- do bug fixing when bugs are found
- HTML/XML/Datapack knowledge
- work with Java

GM's should:
- have alot of Lineage 2 experience
- be able to work with the team (mostly me)
- be able to help the players
- organize nice/funny/exciting events
- have previous GM experience
- do what are told to
- NOT BE CORRUPT

Hi there guys, Im a good GM looking for more servers to do my good work on!
I've been GM on L2Dynasty, High-rate pvp server that had Interlude and Kamael servers.
Rates were 3000x, and 5000x.
I have experience by the GM side, and I have LOT of experience by Events side.
If you could talk with some of my old players, they would tell you that they would follow me everywhere just to have me as GM :) and for that I love those guys.
The server had 100+ online, (Would have been more if we didnt wipe but w/e)
I've worked with a super Developer which name is Candy, and most of you guys should know the boy there, cause he's pr0 at doing his job.
Now let's get straight to the point.

You would help your friends ingame and being corrupted GM?
- Why don't you just ask old players or L][Dynasty, or the old HEAD-DEV
in that server? You would have this answer "HE'S THE ONE WHO NEVER GETS CORRUPTED, HE'S A GOOD GM, GIVES WHAT ITS NEEDED TO GIVE, TAKES WHAT IS NEEDED TO TAKE!".
What events have you invented?

Do you have problems at listening higher staff members?
- Surely I don't, It's the Job, like in life u have bosses, or you are the boss!
Are you capable of taking up good Criticism?
- I am able on that for sure, and on that, i tell you again that you could ask my players. Players are the server, without them the server cant live, so its always good to get some good criticism about stuff that's not good for ppl.
How many and which languages do you speak?
- I speak English at a 10/10 level, Italian (Mother language), Croatian (2nd Mother Language), French (Just a bit), Spanish (Just a bit).

i would be interested in helping you with GM Services!

Heres my L2 History ;)

I play L2 since 2003 (almost 2 yrs on official!)
I had two own server projects in the past with more than 200 players on it each day.
I have been Head GM and GM many times on different Servers, like L2 Carnage, L2 Phoenix, L2 Ragnaroek, L2 Immortal Angels, L2 Blood Kingdom and many more through the years.

I know everythin about this Game, ID`s Comands, Quest, arranging special festures, makin funny events and all the other stuff that exist in that Game! Even though im little experienced in DB Work, MySql and Server Configs i had the luck that i got good friends who worked as Developers for me in the past so i didnt had to work that much on my own on Database!

I m also very experienced in organzing and handle a Staff Team as a Head GM, to observe and protect the servers integrity and none-corruption of the whole Staff.

I never handle out anything or enchant somethin for ppl! Im strict, but fair. Flamers, Cheaters and all the other Bugusers or 3rd Prog users will learn what it means to mess with me :p

I sended u a MSN request (Wolfsbrigade) if u wish more information about my long year experience and work as Staff Member, Staff Head or even as Server Admin! I m german, 30 years old and speak pretty good english and german.

dunno which server u played on dynasty, i was on the interlude doin my job, and giving prizes to those that won events, and about that, u can ask ALL my players, not just the 2 or 3 that gms can be corrupt with...
go on :)
ah btw, i wouldnt have got 3 gm places atm (made em all today lolz) if it wasnt for my trustablity and worthness or however is spelt! xD
