I can't Add a Server

Hi I have erro when try to add my new server please help me

No, GMLance, its not a pay to list site.

Olguin. AKA "TheClown" had a listing. Could not maintain uptime. His server was added and removed so many times that I lost count.

Last time his server was on the list and had a problem with uptime, out of curiosity I went to his forum to see if I could find out why.
What I found was a whole brand new section devoted to warez. (I'll look the other way if its needed to play files or maybe fraps, but not a whole section - you want to run that kind of site, go elsewhere)
This earned him a ban. (And looks like his forum host kicked him also)
Now he wants back on the list.
He didn't get an answer that he liked in PM, so he posted here.


The majority of the servers have no problem listing here.
The ones that do have a problem and complain either don't want to follow the rules, constantly delete their site to add it again or have other issues.

For this point above, "constantly delete their site to add it again", were not going to allow it any more.
In the last year we have had 15,000+ submissions just to the L2 section.
Half of them were false submissions and this was taken care of with our new add server script.
About 3,000 were banned servers trying to get back on the list.
1200 made it to the list.
The remainder were the same servers deleted and listed again. Over and over.
Why?
The most common reason was to be in the "5 newest servers" list.
And for that one, I've heard all kinds of reasons.
"We got a new website."
"We have a new host."
"We have new staff."
"Its my brothers site now, I'm only hosting it now."
"We updated software."
____________________________ " ... so its a new server."
Guess what, its not a new server. We try to reserve that spot for the new admins who actually are a first time start up.

Another reason why we are not going to do it is, I found a server that would list just about every other month. They would list, run the server, collect donations, shutdown, delete listing, disappear, only to list again with new host, server IP, name, admin, staff....
Speaking for the general community, We don't want this crap. It puts a bad name on the game. And that leads to more players moving to other games.

You Kadar Have something Wrong in my confronts ? If yes...What ?
If not...Why Im waiting for approvation from about 1 week ?
