I know a great server.
Pandora-Project. (Put www dot pandora-project dot com there ^_^

Its lowish rates, just started a week or two ago.
The coder is very talented and is working on very many new things.
Its not the most popular server atm, but it will be great it just needs more players.

The coder is the same coder who made echokinetics and we all know how great that server was.

No is same the Old Echothis is totally diferent, the rates no are fast now, the gatseeper only leave some places, no mp potions... etc, yes is good coder but if you going with the think play how Echo, this not have the spirit of the Echo of the past, the number 1!

And yes i always will be fan of the "old" Echo. Why if you put online the Old Echo and Pandora you can will see what server go for the top list and you know that server is.

Please the reasons you gave for the server not being good are pathetic

1. no mp pots - that is a good thing - no bishops spam healing thenselves
2. Pandora is better than EchoKinetics.

1st, i don't have the obligation of write in perfect english why my native languaje is Spanish, i want see you try write in Spanish, so think before write...

2nd Pandora never will be better of Echo and end of this conversation. If Echo are back in 2 week's will are in the Top of the server's, but pandora ohoh i will like see that..

Hey i think that pandora will be a good server.Even better than 'old' Echo(i have played there).

First the no mana pots and low rate is the best!!Because it gives you a real taste of Lineage II.Without mana pots it give Shilen Elders and Elven Elders a chance to stay alive in that server.The low exp rate is also awesome because you will be able to find players of all lvls to pvp with( not like echo all players 75-80).
2nd if it has no buffer that would make it even cooler!!No buffer= exp and pvp parties.Because if you had an NPC buffer you wouldnt want any1 with you when you could do it yourself.And that gives buffers(Prophets,SE,EE and most of all Warcryers and Dominators).And also encourages clans to get a Clan Hall for minor buffs.
3rd If it has a GM-Shop it would give it a pluss because for new servers having to craft would make them lose people.
4rth If it has a Class Changer it would also give it a pluss because every1 wants to exp but no1 wants to do Quests except Subclass Quest and Path of Noblesse Quest...

Btw if the server wasnt kamael i would have been playing there by now...Trust me the server rules in my opinion...

I have made a server exacly like eckch but there is more stuff to make really differend than there thousends same servers.

ForgottenWorld its a new server since 1st of 2008 not many ppls there about 40-50
Interlude x12,and no donate,and more differend stuff like new pets,locations,materials,minerals,powerfull weapons
