add server in the list

i want to add my server to the list but always the site tell me "server is offline.....",but my server in public and always online.where is the problem??:) :) :)

IP is 195.182.198.233 port is default 27015 num.of player 20 if you can do something about this problem ,yesterday a have on the server someone from Rusia,Spain,Slovakia & on this site don't let me to add my server :(:(:(:(:(...

No problem we`ll resolve the issue after all.

now, tell me few things:
1) Have firewall ? if you do , please allow hopzone to make telnet on your 27015 port
2) What version of server is ? cstrike or cs source ?

Ping works , but telnet 195.182.198.233 27015 is 'dead' ... from hopzone.net and from another location.

i don't have firewall & why do you have to telnet the game port 27015?? because i don't understand ,people are conected at my server trough dns name

Doing a telnet to that port tells us whether the game is running at that port and address.

Giving a ping test to a site only tells us if the computer on the other end answers a ICMP packet and the timing. It will not tell us whether a server is on or off.
