what kind of access lvl need a Head GM +Event Gm to have in order (not to be like admin)??

you need change the access privilegs of commands first

wich commands you want allowe an event gm and a head gm

like some commands set them to 50 for event gm

some commands set them to 100 for head gm etc

please you dont have to floot the l2j section whit your questions not all are importent and you can easy find it out yourself do alt+g ingame and u see the answer to it ;)
