custom NPCs!need a little bit of help!pls read!

hello ! i'm starting to make my own server because i'm tired of most of the private servers because i really dont like their configuration and others...
now i've made my own server...i've configured it but i need some help!
all i want are few NPCs like :
1. globak gatekeper
2. npc buffer
please post here the files for them and the guide of how to install them
