Claw Thief
Once you start you character,role a good dice number so you get good stats which have high LUK and DEX as shown:

But by level 30 you should have 60 DEX and 80/over LUK

Because you need LUK a little more then DEX, but by level 30 you should have 60 DEX and 80/over for LUK.

STR Dagger Thief
For a STR Dagger Thief you will need to build up you STR, DEX and LUK. But you STR level should be 20 by level 30, the others should be 60 DEX and 85 LUK by level 30. A good dice roll would be:
