cant seem to vote

I try to vote on my server but vote does not register it is not just me I have used FireFox and Internet explorer and I have turned my security setting down low still nothing what else can I do

Sorry, I have no clue why you can not vote.
I do not find your IP any where that would restrict you from voting.
