so : i'm making a l2j server ...but i dont think u care about that :P
now i'm making the website for the server...i want to make a website on freewebs.com [it's a free domain] and all i want to know is how can i make on my website the "stats" like 20pk ,20pvp 20 online and others....also if anyone know pls contact me at drugsd3aler@yahoo.com !

You need to know some commands....a bit difficult :( i don't know them either.. xD

first of all i dought you can do that on a free hosting servise of that kind and thats because freewebs and all this sort of free hosting for website dont give you the ability to have php on it but its all in html which canot be edited anyhow
its pretty much impossible

so here are the solutions

either you find a hosting service that you actually just upload the files and you dont get prebuilt templates on site that you just choose which will meant banners and other commercial stuff that is totally anoying

or

you cough up and pay to host which i can say isn't much you can find a hosting service for like 5$ per month
