Electronic Arts today announced an agreement with Elevation Partners to acquire VG Holding Corp., the owner of both BioWare Corp. and Pandemic Studios (thanks Blues (http://www.bluesnews.com/)). BioWare is currently working on Mass Effect and an unannounced MMOG, while Pandemic works on Mercenaries 2: World in Flames, Saboteur and a few other unannounced projects.
